I paid these people $400 to hold me hostage for a week.

Their tech was late, uncommunicative and most importantly did not fix my machine at all. I waited around all day for 5 days, one of the days he didn’t even show up or let me know until I texted to ask if he was still coming. Each time he said it was “fixed” then rushed out of the house without testing the machine properly, leaving me with a machine that was still just as broken as when we started. This review doesn’t even deserve  to have a one star !!
there should be a space for just a plain zero !!!
We had a problem with the refrigerator, freezing, and the technician came and unfroze it with a heat gun and said it was all right with the fan. The fan was working and left !
He totally ripped us off !
Everyone we spoke to said we were scammed !
I don’t even want to say how much we paid; we were scammed alright !
To top it off, before the technician left he gave us his personal card and said that if we ever needed any repairs to call him personally. That should have been a red flag for us.
Now the problem is back !!!!!!!
I have never written a review in my life, but the reason that I am writing this review is because I hope that anyone that is looking at this company reads my review and can honestly trust me. Vroomeo was really responsive. I live in Tampa and had to trust this company doing work just from my description. They were so good and there workmanship was spot on . They not only fixed my washing machine but performed other work for. I will use them again if the need arises.

My family and I called Vroomeo Appliance Repair to have our washer that wasn’t properly working fixed. The technician arrived at our house and removed clothes from the bottom of the washer and tightened a piece for $230 and left before checking if the washer worked. He came back the same day because we called and he said it was now the capacitator, it ended up not being that. He wanted another $60 dollars and the problem wasn’t even fixed. He came back a third time and said it was the motor, which was another $260 for the part and $350 for manual labor. Since we had so many issues they were willing to discount the $230 we had originally paid. We ended up canceling the service all together and did not move forward with the motor and they only refunded us $110 dollars. They have no communication with their customers, they would say we’ll call you back and never did. I always had to call. It seemed like every time the technician wanted us to pay before the service was even complete, which I have never seen in a business of any kind. The customer service rep gave the analogy of a car that you don’t know what is broken until you exchange the part and see if it’s that. Seemed like wasting peoples time and money to me with techs that don’t know what they are doing. Overall if I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. We are down $120 and our washer wasn’t even fixed. Go anywhere else for your appliance repairs. The customer service rep named Gama even went as far as calling me to see what it would take for me to remove this review. I said I wanted my money back and they refused. To make it worse, at the end of the call I told him to have a nice day and he said “I hope you don’t have a nice day.” These people are truly terrible. Vlad our technician was extremely helpful and professional. Came on Thursday, had to order a part for our dryer, said he would be back on Monday. Texted me this morning (Saturday) to tell me part arrived earlier, so would be here this afternoon to finish the repair. True to his word he came today, fixed the machine and all in under an hour. 5 Stars for this appliance repair company. They answer the phone and keep their appointments! The technician who serviced my dishwasher was very knowable, polite, worked neatly and respectful of the workspace.
